• A&O Shearman has revealed its first full-year financials, posting £2.9bn in revenue for the year ending 30 April 2025. • Profit before tax reached £1.1bn, with PEP around £2m. • The results position A&O Shearman among the highest-earning global firms, with notable matters including Liberty Global’s $3.2bn Sunrise spin-off, Prosus’ €4.1bn Just Eat Takeaway deal and the restructuring of over $11.5bn in Shimao Group offshore debt.
